Schedules & Procedures
Evergreen Interiors, Inc. will work with you to determine a regular maintenance schedule involving the least disruption for your home or office. Generally your horticultural technician will come every other week at a designated day and time to perform our 15-step maintenance program on each plant. Maintenance takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Special needs or high-profile installations may require more frequent maintenance.

Maintenance Agreement Policies
The minimum maintenance agreement is one year, billed monthly, and is due the 10th day of the month. Maintenance agreements renew automatically unless otherwise specified by the client. Agreements can be terminated with 30 days written notice for either party.
