Sales and Leasing Options
Evergreen Interiors, Inc. maintains an extensive catalog of live and replica plants and flowers for purchase or lease. All plants maintained by Evergreen Interiors, Inc. retain their Replacement Guarantee for as long as an Evergreen Interiors, Inc. maintenance agreement is in place. Billing Purchases: 50% deposit due at signing of purchase agreement, with the remainder due upon completion of installation. Leasing: At time of installation, 1st month, last month and pickup and installation charges are due. Monthly leasing with maintenance charges are billed previous to the month of service and are due the 10th of the month. Maintenance Charges: Monthly maintenance charges are billed previous to the month of service and are due the 10th of the month. |
